We do our best to meet the needs of travelers with disabilities or special requirements. Whether you use mobility aids, travel with a service animal, or need extra assistance from your driver, we’re here to make your journey comfortable.

orbitalnexa.com offers several ADA-compliant vehicles, including a Dodge Chrysler Van and two Motorcoaches with ADA lifts—ideal for passengers with limited mobility.

Booking with Special Requests

When placing a reservation, you can specify any accessibility needs in the “Special Requests” field of the Livery Coach booking tool or in the “Your Message” section of our contact form. You’re also welcome to call 866.323.2378 (BEST) to share your requests directly.

If you’re bringing an assistive device—especially large items like a foldable wheelchair—please include its dimensions. This helps us ensure it can be accommodated, particularly in vehicle trunks. (Note: rigid-frame wheelchairs typically cannot be transported in our Luxury Sedans.)
